Phantomlab.exe / 2026— / Desktop application · BYOK
Phantomlab.exe is a desktop application for producing image sets of an original character you own. Bring your own LLM and image model API keys; we deliver a license key for the app.
Original characters only. You must own rights to your reference image. Not for impersonation, deepfakes, NSFW, or content involving minors. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Who it's for
01 — Indie game & comic dev
Indie game and comic developers who need one character to read as the same character across hundreds of frames — different settings, different lighting, the same identity each time.
02 — Brand & marketing teams
Brand and marketing teams producing internal mockups, pitch mood boards, and editorial visuals around an original character they own. Production-grade output, no stock filler.
03 — Solo creators & small studios
Solo creators and small studios building character-driven content — illustrated stories, lookbooks, original IP development — who want the pipeline on their own machine, not a hosted black box.
Apparatus
01
The reference is parsed for identity — facial features, body type, skin tone, styling logic. Every subsequent shot is anchored to what the analysis pulled out.
02
Every frame is planned before it renders. Scene, lighting, wardrobe, composition, pose. Written as prompts, checked against brand constraints, calibrated for commercial image quality.
03
Built-in quality loops catch the failures — warped hands, unnatural poses, framing slips — before they ever reach the operator. Bad outputs don't get surfaced; they get re-engineered and re-run.
The position
Most original-character tools are slot machines. You write a prompt, you pull a lever, you hope. Phantomlab.exe is the opposite of that. A desktop pipeline that analyzes your reference, engineers each shot, and refines the output before you see it. Built for operators who refuse to ship guesses. Not built for adult content, impersonation, deepfakes, or any work involving minors. Read that sentence twice — it is the whole posture.
What Phantomlab is not
The full list of permitted and prohibited uses lives in the Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts that violate it are terminated without refund.
