Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted uses

• Commercial content production for marketing campaigns, brand assets, and editorial work
• Virtual character and virtual influencer project development
• Creative storytelling, narrative content, and serialised productions
• Personal creative projects and portfolio development
• Educational and demonstration use

Prohibited uses

• Generating sexual, adult, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind
• Impersonating, recreating, or generating likenesses of real identifiable individuals (public or private) without their documented consent
• Creating deepfake content of any person
• Generating any content depicting minors, including fictional minors, in any context
• Producing content intended to harass, defame, intimidate, or deceive
• Generating content for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purposes
• Creating content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Bulk generation of generic content for spam or manipulation campaigns

Enforcement

PhantomLab reserves the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use, without notice and without refund. Serious violations involving child safety, identity abuse, or fraud will be reported to appropriate authorities including law enforcement, the recipient platform where content was posted, and relevant industry reporting bodies.

If you believe content or accounts are misusing PhantomLab, please contact support@phantomlab.app. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
