Refund Policy
No refunds after first use
PhantomLab is a software tool. Once a licence key has been delivered and activated, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@phantomlab.app. Cancellation stops future billing. No prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Technical issues
If PhantomLab does not function as described due to a technical issue on our end, contact support@phantomlab.app within 14 days of purchase. We will either resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support constitutes a violation of our terms and will result in immediate account termination. We resolve nearly all customer issues directly when contacted.
